  • A Mindful Place is a community-based program dedicated to promoting the benefits of complementary/integrative health practices that enrich mind, body and spirit. Programming is designed to offer local and surrounding areas opportunities to explore and practice research proven techniques that support overall health and wellness. As a community based program A Mindful Place utilizes area practitioners, trained and certified (licensed as required), to share their skills in a centralized location and offers them space to practice, when needed. A Mindful Place has weekly scheduled activities as well as “Special Events”, all related to complementary/integrative healthcare that supports the mission of promoting health and wellness.
