Pranayama Flow is a class for all levels. This class will leave you feeling grounded, supported, and more in tune with your breath. Pranayama flow will teach you how to be aware of your breath, and feel the direction of energy as it travels through the body. We use all of the same asanas in a regular yoga class, but dive deeper into the breath in our bodies.
12:00 – BEYOND ZEN STUDIO
Yoga with Brandi
Staying with some of the traditions of a true vinyasa flow but adding some organic movement attached to breathe. This yoga practice will feel like the body is in a fluid movement like a dance to upbeat music and some slow jams to bring it back down. Connect strength, flexibility, and mobility in harmony with your breath and the rhythm.
You won’t be able to stop smiling after and feel energized too!
2:00 – YESSICA
This fun style of Chigong is very simple to follow along and is wonderful as a group activity to include every age! All together we will tap the major accupoints all over our bodies which will move stagnant energy, improve all functions of the body as well as improve physical, emotional, and mental health.

The Alchemical Light Collective will be presenting a chakra sound and energy healing. We will have Alanna Mabry guide us vocally through the chakras and work through each one from the root up, while Joce Dugan provides healing sound frequencies that match each Chakra.

STICKER GAME
Be on the lookout out for a chance to play the Sticker Game! You will notice a decked out stroller rolling around the festival that will feature a fun and interactive very quick game. In this game, the player will choose a sticker and find out what the sticker means for them. A fun and light-hearted interactive game that will leave the player knowing a little bit more about themselves!
FLOWER CROWN
Rainbow you-can-make kids crowns kids craft
LABYRINTH WALK
Walk the 7 circuit labyrinth. You will find this opposite the Mind and Body Stages on a hill. Bring a piece of nature into the labyrinth to place at the center holding the intention of your walk. Bring a piece from the center back to the entrance with the intention of what you want to forward with (or whatever your heart speaks for this). There will be instructions at the booth along with an activity. Sponsored by A Mindful Place
DRUM CIRCLE
led by Vincenzo Carrasco

Bring a drum, a shaker, a didgeridoo, or just yourself. Vinny will lead an engaging, high energy drum circle to close out our Solstice Celebration festivities. Dancing is highly encouraged.
